
Hitmen Conclude 2023 Training Camp

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen concluded their 2023 training camp Sunday afternoon. A total of 77 players, including returning players, draft picks, listed players and free agent invites attended the five-day camp at the Scotiabank Saddledome. The four team camp was cut down to two teams for the annual Intersquad game with Team White coming out victorious in a close 7-6 win over Team Black. See Intersquad rosters here.
"Overall the quality of the camp was excellent." said Head Coach Steve Hamilton "I thought it was a really good collection of skill this year, the young guys came here and impressed."
The Hitmen now look forward to pre-season which kicks off this Friday. It will see the club play four games, facing the Red Deer Rebels twice, along with the Edmonton Oil Kings and Lethbridge Hurricanes.
