Hitmen Announce $10 General Admission Ticket For Sunday's Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen announced today a $10 general admission ticket for Sunday's Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss.

The $10 price is for third level seating when the Calgary Hitmen play host to the Kootenay Ice. Game time is 5:00 p.m. at the Pengrowth Saddledome

Fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed toy to the game and toss it on the ice when the Hitmen score their first goal.

The Teddy Bears collected will be given to over 50 local charities.

The Hitmen set a World Record in 2007 when 26,919 stuffed toys were collected. Last year fans tossed 22,722.

Sunday's game will be the second half of back-to-back home games for the Hitmen.

On Saturday (December 12) Calgary welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers in the 2nd annual Shake Up The 'Dome. Game time is 7:00 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the game for the Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank. In addition 12,000 boxes of Kraft Dinner have been donated by Kraft to be used as a noise maker. On the way out of the 'Dome fans will be asked to donate their Kraft Dinner box to the food bank in exchange for a KD Bold Snack Cup.
