Hinckley Heads up to Norfolk

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce a pair of roster moves effective yesterday. LHP Mike Hinckley was transferred to class Triple-A Norfolk and LHP Pedro Viola was transferred to Bowie from class Triple-A Norfolk. With the moves, the Baysox maintain a complete 24-man roster.

Hinckley appeared in six games for the Baysox, going 0-1 with a 2.25 ERA in 8.0 innings. He walked four batters and struck out six.

Viola has appeared in 12 games at Triple-A this year, going 0-2 with a 15.83 ERA in 9-2 innings pitched. Viola was claimed off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds earlier this season.
