
Hillcats Series Finale Rained out Against Wilmington

Lynchburg, VA - The Hillcats and Blue Rocks' 11:05am series finale was postponed due to rain Thursday morning. A double-header will be scheduled for June 14th, when Wilmington returns to Lynchburg later on in the first half.
The Blue Rocks will now head back home for a weekend series against the Winston-Salem Dash before the Hillcats travel up north to meet Wilmington again next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
The Hillcats meanwhile remain at home to host the Kinston Indians for a three-game series this weekend at Lynchburg City Stadium. Game one is set for Friday night at 6:05pm. RHP Zeke Spruill (1-1, 1.71) is expected to start for the Hillcats against Kinston's RHP Brett Brach (1-1, 1.80).
