
Hess Activated from DL, Gets the Start Tonight

WINNIPEG - Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today that left-handed pitcher Isaac Hess has been activated from the disabled list and will be the Goldeyes starting pitcher tonight in Lincoln against the Saltdogs.
Hess, 25, has a 1-0 record and perfect 0.00 ERA in two starts this season. He was placed on the disabled list May 21, retroactive to May 18, with soreness in his left elbow.
The Goldeyes continue their seven-game road trip with the first of four games in Lincoln tonight. All the action can be heard live on Sports Radio 1290, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:30 p.m.
