BOISE, ID - Drew Biery of the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes was selected as the Northwest League's Most Valuable Player for the 2009 season, NWL President Bob Richmond announced today. Freddie Ocasio of the Tri-City Dust Devils has been named the Manager of the Year. The All-Star team is as follows:
