Hartenstein and Payton II Selected to All-NBA G Leauge Team, All-Defensive Team

EDINBURG, Texas - NBA G League announced today that Houston Rockets assignee Isaiah Hartenstein was named to the All-NBA G League Second Team and Gary Payton II was named to the All-Defensive Team.
Hartenstein has spent time on assignment from the Houston Rockets throughout the season. With the Vipers, Hartenstein has averaged 19.5 points, 14.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.0 blocks. In the NBA G League Playoffs, Hartenstein has averaged 18.0 points, 14.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists.
Payton II in 26 games averaged 16.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 3.0 steals within 29.9 minutes of action. During the NBA G League Western Conference Final, Payton II earned a triple-double with 20 points, 12 rebounds and 10 steals. In the course of the NBA G League playoffs, Payton II has averaged 14.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists. 6 steals and 1.5 blocks in 26.7 minutes of play. Payton II earned a Gatorade Call-Up earlier this season with the Washington Wizards.
