The Wild Things wish you all a Happy Fourth of July. The team is on the road this holiday weekend; tune in to WJPA 95.3 FM for all the game action. And mark your calendars for the upcomign homestand from July 9 - 11 when the Lake Erie Crushers will visit CONSOL Energy Park!
Kick off All Star Week with the Wild Things when TNA Impact Wrestling's BaseBrawl comes to the park! Tickets for the event, scheduled for Saturday night, July 13th, are available at the box office. Tickets range in price from $15.00-$50.00!
All Star Week gets underway July 16th. Enroll your kids in the Akron Racers' (professional women's softball team) softball clinic. Kids who participate get a FREE ticket to the Home Run Derby and the exhibition softball game between the Frontier League all Stars and the Racers! To get information or to register, log on to their website at www.akronracers.org.
Tuesday afternoon, you can join the All Stars at a luncheon at the Doubletree in Meadow Lands. Steve Blass will speak. You can make your reservation and purchase tickets at the box office.
Then on Wednesday, it's the East vs. the West in the 2013 edition of the Frontier League All Star Game. Tickets are going fast so be sure to get yours!
