The Hamilton Bulldogs will finish their six-game homestand at Copps Coliseum starting with a school day game against the Chicago Wolves (AHL Affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks) on Tuesday, November 8th at 10:00 a.m. Hamilton will then host the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL Affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings) on Friday, November 11th at 7:30 p.m. To commemorate Remembrance Day and pay tribute to our heroic veterans, the Bulldogs will wear special jerseys (see attached). In addition, all past and present Canadian military personnel wearing official military uniforms, or with valid military identification, will be admitted to Friday night's game free-of-charge.

The 'Dogs will then travel to Ottawa, Ontario, where they will face the defending Calder Cup Champion Binghamton Senators (AHL Affiliate of the Ottawa Senators) at Scotiabank Place on Sunday, November 13th at 1:00 p.m.

At all Tuesday night 'Dogs home games, fans can purchase an "All You Can Eat" tickets for only $30.00 ($15.00 for season ticket holders). Included with an "All You Can Eat" ticket is admission to the game and unlimited chips, hot dogs, peanuts, pizza, popcorn, pretzels and soft drinks (pop and water). Fans can purchase "All You Can Eat" tickets at the Copps Coliseum Box Office, online at www.ticketmaster.ca, at the Bulldogs Office at 101 York Boulevard in Hamilton or by calling 905-529-8500 or 1-888-DOGS-TIX (1-888-364-7849).

For Friday's game against the Griffins and at all Friday night Hamilton Bulldogs home games at Copps Coliseum, fans can purchase draft beer for only $3.00 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Fans must be of legal drinking age and are asked to drink responsibly.

At all Sunday afternoon home games, fans can also purchase a "Pizza Pizza Family Pack", which includes four tickets to the game and a $20.00 food and beverage voucher for only $60.00! The Bulldogs battled the Heat for a rematch on Tuesday, November 1st and lost the game 3-2 in overtime. Joe Piskula scored the game-winning goal for Abbotsford in overtime while Leland Irving made 24 saves for the victory. Philippe Lefebvre scored his first professional goal while Olivier Fortier also added a tally for Hamilton.

The Houston Aeros arrived in Hamilton on Friday, November 4th for a rematch of last season's Western Conference Final with the Aeros defeating the Bulldogs 4-2. Warren Peters scored the game-winning goal for Houston and Matt Hackett stopped 26 shots for the win. Brian Willsie scored his first goal of the season while Garrett Stafford also responded for the 'Dogs.

Saturday, November 5th - LAKE ERIE MONSTERS 0 at HAMILTON BULLDOGS 1

The Hamilton Bulldogs faced the Lake Erie Monsters on Saturday, November 5th and shut them out 1-0. Aaron Palushaj scored his first goal of the season which was the game-winning goal as well as the only goal of the game. Nathan Lawson made 24 saves for his second shutout of the season to put him in a tie for first in the AHL. Brian Willsie added an assist which extended his point streak to five games. Cedrick Desjardins replied with 29 saves for Lake Erie.

BULLDOGS NOTES:

- C Olivier Fortier has recorded points in four of his last five games (3 goals, 1 assist) and now has a total of four points in six games while being tied for the team lead in goals.

- D Garrett Stafford has seven points (3 goals, 4 assists) and all of his goals have come via the power play on the season. This places him tenth in scoring by defencemen, tied for second in goals by a defenceman and second overall in power play goals by a defenceman.

- LW Philippe Lefebvre scored his first professional goal during last Tuesday's 3-2 defeat against the Abbotsford Heat.

- RW Brian Willsie is currently on a five-game point streak with one goal and four assists and is tied for the team lead in points with eight (1 goal, 7 assists).

- RW Aaron Palushaj is on a three-game point streak while recording points in five of the six games he has played this season. He is also tied for the team lead in points with eight (1 goal, 7 assists).

- G Nathan Lawson recorded his second shutout of the season during Saturday's 1-0 victory over the Lake Erie Monsters making 24 saves. He is also in a five-way tie for first in the AHL in shutouts with two.

- The 'Dogs are currently ranked second in the AHL on the power play with a 29.3% success rate.

- Toronto C Mikhail Grabovski scored a goal and an assist against the New Jersey Devils (Nov. 2) and recorded an assist vs. the Columbus Blue Jackets (Nov. 3).

- Dallas C Mike Ribeiro collected two assists last week. The first came against the Colorado Avalanche (Nov. 4) and the other was against the Carolina Hurricanes (Nov. 6).

- Dallas F Michael Ryder had two assists against the Colorado Avalanche (Nov. 4) while scoring a goal and adding two assists vs. the Carolina Hurricanes (Nov. 6).

- Boston G Tim Thomas collected a win against the Ottawa Senators (Nov. 1) making 23 saves while shutting out the Toronto Maple Leafs (Nov. 5) and making 25 saves.

- Montreal W Andrei Kostitsyn scored a goal against the Ottawa Senators (Nov. 4) and scored another vs. the New York Rangers (Nov. 5).

- Montreal C Tomas Plekanec collected three assists vs. the New York Rangers (Nov. 5).
