
Hall of Fame QB Damon Allen at Friday's Esks Game

(Edmonton) - Canadian Football Hall of Fame legendary quarterback Damon Allen will be at The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium this Friday when the Edmonton Eskimos take on the Montreal Alouettes. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
Allen, a four-time Grey Cup Champion (1987, 1993, 2000, 2004), don the Green and Gold for six seasons (85-88, 93-94). He was one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the Canadian game. He is currently second in all-time professional football passing yards and second in all-time CFL passing yards. He is also pro football's combined passing and rushing leader with a total of 84,301 yards.
Allen spent time with the Edmonton Eskimos, Ottawa Rough Riders, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, BC Lions and Toronto Argonauts over his illustrious career. He finished his career with a total of 72,831 passing yards and 394 passing touchdowns.
