
Tiger-Cats Sign Global Kicker Amavizca-Ortiz

Hamilton Tiger-Cats News Release
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Tuesday the football club has signed global kicker/punter Gabriel Amavizca-Ortiz.
Amavizca, 26, was selected by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the third round, 26th overall, in the 2019 CFL-LFA Draft. The 6-0, 191-pound kicker attended training camp with the Blue Bombers before being released on June 8. Amavizca attended Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla prior to playing for the Artilleros in the LFA.
