Gust Scores in Condors Loss

January 22, 2018 - American Hockey League (AHL) - Bakersfield Condors News Release

ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Bakersfield Condors (17-15-7-0) could not overcome a slow start in a 6-1 loss to the Chicago Wolves (20-15-5-2) on Saturday night at Allstate Arena. Illinois native David Gust scored the Condors lone goal. It was just the Condors second regulation loss in 11 games, both to Chicago. Bakersfield's road trip ends Tuesday at 5 p.m. in Rockford.

C Brad Malone extended his point streak to three games (2g-1a). RW David Gust had nearly 100 family members and friends in attendance tonight. The Condors are 7-3-3 in their last 13 road games. The Condors penalty kill has been successful on 30 of its last 32 opportunities. Tonight was the worst loss of the season for the Condors.
