(Saginaw, MI) The Saginaw Spirit hockey club has partners with local police and firefighters for the second annual GUNS AND HOSES Charity Hockey Game! The game takes place this Saturday, November 8th, prior to the Saginaw Spirit game. The puck drops at 5:30 PM.

GUNS AND HOSES is sponsored by Gohm Restoration and Mikes Wrecker and is supported by several local police and fire departments and their affiliated programs.

This marks the second season that local police and firefighters have joined forces on-ice to raise funds for charity. This year the two squads are raising money for the Michael Cohee Scholarship Fund. The Spirit are helping to raise funds for the even by selling specially priced tickets in Cohee's name.

Fans can purchase an upper level ticket for only $10, with $2.50 going to the Michael Cohee Scholorship Fund. These specially priced tickets are ONLY available at the Saginaw Spirit Ticket and Merchandise Store, 5789 State Street in Saginaw, up to 4:00 PM on Saturday. The Spirit Store is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Spirit season tickets, individual game tickets dated for November 8th and tickets purchased for the GUNS AND HOSES event are good for both the charity game and the following Saginaw Spirit game! The Spirit host West Division rival Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds that night. The game also features a Spirit player poster giveaway courtesy Andersen Eye Associates!
