Greenville Grrrowl News Release

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Members of the East Coast Hockey League's Greenville Grrrowl will make an appearance and sign autographs to raise awareness at a nursing recruitment party tonight at Gametime/Riptide. Members of the local police force and fire department will also be honored for their hard work and dedication since the 9/11 tragedy.

"It's an honor, not an obligation, for members of the hockey team to be a part of an event like this", said Grrrowl Director of Communication David Miller. "The nursing community asked us to help promote their recruiting event, and we're happy to accommodate that request."

Advance Nursing Director of Human Resources Jana Staples said, "There's a nursing shortage all over the world. This event is not only a way to recruit new nurses, but it's also a way for us to show appreciation for all hard-working medical professionals, police officers and firefighters."

The event begins at 7:00 PM tonight (Tuesday), and will be held at Gametime/Riptide, located at 5 Webb Road in Greenville. All are welcome to attend.
