
Grizzlies Re-Call Bateman from Men O' War

Lexington, KY- Lexington Men O' War General Manager of Hockey Operations/ Head Coach Jim Wiley announced today the Utah Grizzlies have re-called forward Jeff Bateman. Bateman scored two points in two games with the Men O' War. The 4th round (126th overall) draft pick of the 1999 draft by the Dallas Stars tallied a goal and an assist in Lexington's opening night loss to Greensboro. The goal was the first goal in Lexington history as the MOW fell 4-3 in a shootout on October 11th.
The Men O' War play their first road game of the season this Friday in Peoria, IL. After taking on the Rivermen, the MOW return home Sunday to host the Toledo Storm at 6:00 p.m.
