
Grizzlies to give fans a bang for their buck

The Gateway Grizzlies will be having fan appreciation night on Tuesday, August 24. Fans that bring a roll a toilet paper to the ticket office, can buy a general admission ticket for one dollar. The toilet paper will be used at the conclusion of the game to T.P. the ballpark. The Grizzlies staff and WIL 92.3 will be sponsoring the event. The Grizzlies will also be selling rolls of toilet paper for a dollar and all proceeds will go to the Gateway Grizzlies Children's Charities.
The Grizzlies home finale features a team photo, dollar hot dogs, and a firework display sponsored by the Belleville News Democrat.
General Manager Tony Funderburg says, "It's the greatest night ever."
Playoff tickets are also currently on sale by calling the ticket office at (618) 337-3000.
