"Grizzlies Live" Radio Show Debuts Tuesday at Ruby Tuesday

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies weekly radio show "Grizzlies Live" will make its 2009-2010 debut Tuesday, October 13 from the Ruby Tuesday adjacent to the E-Center from 7-8 p.m. The show will also air on 1230 KJQS, The Home of Fox Sports Radio.

Grizzlies broadcaster Adrian Denny will be joined for the first program by Grizzlies Head Coach Kevin Colley along with forwards AJ Perry and Ryan Kinasewich. Fans are invited to join the show in person for dinner and a chance to win Grizzlies tickets and prizes.

The show will also broadcast live on 1230 KJQS from Ruby Tuesday on the following additional dates:

Utah continues the preseason tonight in McCall, Idaho with a 7 p.m. face-off against the Idaho Steelheads.

The Grizzlies open the 2009-2010 regular season Friday, October 16 in Las Vegas with the home opening E-Center weekend being Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24 when they will host Idaho.

Utah enters their fifth year in the ECHL and their third-straight season as an affiliate of the New York Islanders. On September 16, 2009 the Grizzlies announced that they will also be adding up to four prospects this season from the Calgary Flames. Head Coach Kevin Colley returns to the Utah bench this upcoming season after signing a multi-year contract extension on April 20, 2009. Colley, who at the age of 30 is the youngest coach in the ECHL, led the Grizzlies to the playoffs for the third time in four years during his rookie head coaching campaign.
