West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies and My Utah TV (KMYU) announced today their broadcast schedule for the 2013-2014 season.

In their second season as the television Home of the Grizzlies, KMYU will televise seven Grizzlies games during the season, starting on Friday for Opening Night against the Idaho Steelheads at 7 p.m.

Other 7 p.m. games on KMYU will be:

Saturday, November 30, 2013 vs San Francisco

Saturday, December 28, 2013 vs Colorado

Saturday, January 11, 2014 vs Stockton

Saturday, January 25, 2014 vs Bakersfield

Saturday, March 1, 2014 vs Ontario

Saturday, April 12, 2014 vs Idaho

The "Voice of the Grizzlies" Adrian Denny will once again handle play-by-play for the broadcasts while Talkin' Sports/KUTV's Adam Mikulich will be between the benches providing color commentary and analysis live from the playing surface and interjecting throughout. The 1-Up/1-Down technique, used in many hockey broadcasts in the United States and Canada, gives viewers the ultimate experience of what is really happening at ice level during the game.

"Having Adam back between the benches is the best part of the broadcast," said Denny, also the team's Vice President of Communications and Broadcasting. "He has a great talent for relaying stories and painting the picture from ice level of what the players and coaches are up to. He had some great stuff last season that took us live into aspects of the game that you don't see as a fan or a typical television viewer."

The Grizzlies and My Utah TV are pleased to welcome back Maverik as the presenting sponsor sponsor for the hockey broadcasts.

KMYU can be seen in Utah on channel 12 on DirecTV and Dish Network, channel 22 on Comcast and channel 2.2 over the air.

In addition, the telecasts will be simulcast live on the home of Utah Grizzlies Radio, 1320 KFAN.
