
Grizzlies fall to Ohio Valley

The Grizzlies dropped to 7-12 on the year with a 8-2 loss to the Ohio Valley Redcoats Tuesday night at GMC Stadium. The Redcoats improve to 8-11 on the year.
The Grizzlies managed only two runs on eight hits for the night. Gary Gilbert was the only player to have more than a single hit. He was 2-3 with an RBI in the ninth. Todd Oetting had the only other RBI on his fourth home run of the year.
Bryan Bernat (0-3) started and took the loss for the Grizzlies. Bernat went seven innings allowing four runs on five hits. He struck out three.
The Grizzlies and Redcoats continue the series with a 7:05 game Wednesday night at GMC Stadium.
