Utah Grizzlies News Release

Ontario, California - The Utah Grizzlies beat the Ontario Reign 3-0 Saturday evening at Citizens Business Bank Arena.

Colin Vock scored all three Utah goals for his second hat trick in two nights and Utah goaltender Andrew Engelage stopped all 24 shots that he saw as Utah snapped league-leading Ontario's nine-game winning streak.

The game was scoreless for the first 36:12 before Utah took advantage on a five-on-three power-play with Colin Vock (15) slamming in a rebound on a Nick Tuzzolino shot. Adam Estoclet also picked up an assist on the score that made it 1-0 Utah with 3:48 left in the second period.

Utah took the 1-0 lead to the third period after holding Ontario without a shot in the middle frame for the second time in team history and for the first time since December 8, 1996.

After killing four-straight minutes shorthanded early in the third period, Bryan Cameron fed Colin Vock (16) for his second of the game and 16th of the year 5:55 into the final period.

Mitch Wahl fed Vock (17) into an empty-net for his second-straight hat trick with 9 seconds left in regulation.

Utah is now 3-1-0-1 on their season-long five-game road trip, having taken seven of ten standings points from the Pacific Division's top two teams in Ontario and Stockton.

Utah completes their seven-game road trip with games Wednesday and Friday from Idaho. Face-off each night is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.

The Grizzlies are back home Friday, February 9 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, February 10 at 4 p.m. to host Idaho.
