Fresno Grizzlies News Release

Fresno, CA - The Fresno Grizzlies return to downtown Fresno and Chukchansi Park this Saturday, June 27th to complete a home and home series with the Salt Lake Bees. The four game homestand features a jam-packed entertainment lineup that includes the return of Kid-A-Palooza with coinciding free ice cream promotion, and a never been done before in sports Magic 8 Ball giveaway on Magically Superstitious Night.

There will be plenty of hocus pocus on tap for game one of the series on Saturday night, as the Grizzlies host Magically Superstitious Night. The theme night will get started with one of the most unique giveaway items of the season, as the first 2,500 fans through the turnstiles will receive Magic 8 Balls, courtesy of the CA Lottery. Throughout the evening the Grizzlies will pay tribute to the wonderful world of magic with live illusionists and card tricks on the concourse, several in-game performances by the Amazing Parker and his assistants, and an appearance by the most magical of creatures- a live unicorn. There will also be a video salute to irrational baseball superstitions and a special performance by the Grizzlies' world famous dancing grounds crew, The Drag Kings, presented by Tickets.com.
