Gateway Grizzlies News Release
After an official delay of 1:55 the scheduled game between the Gateway Grizzlies and Florence Freedom along with nearly 3,000 loyal Grizzlies fans succumbed to Mother Nature.
Mulitple rounds of wind, rain and lightning forced the cancellation of Thursday's game forcing the second double-header of the week for the Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies and Freedom will play double-header beginning at 6:05 p.m. Friday night.
Fans holding tickets to Thursday's game can exchange those tickets for future game tickets-based on availability. Tickets must be exchanged at the GMC box office.
