GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Tickets for the Grand Rapids Griffins' first-round home games during the 2015 Calder Cup Playoffs will go on sale to the public this Saturday, April 18 at 10 a.m.
As confirmed by the American Hockey League this afternoon, Grand Rapids' home dates for the best-of-five Western Conference Quarterfinals will be Wed., April 29 at 7 p.m. (Game 3) and, if necessary, Sat., May 2 at 7 p.m. (Game 4) and Sun., May 3 at 5 p.m. (Game 5). The Griffins' opponent and the road dates for Games 1 and 2 of the series will be announced no later than Sunday night, when the AHL's 2014-15 regular season concludes.
Currently the fourth seed in the Western Conference and sitting second in the Midwest Division, the Griffins have the opportunity to finish anywhere from fourth to first in the conference and could face any of six opponents in the first round. Grand Rapids presently trails the Rockford IceHogs by one point in the division and sits one point in back of the San Antonio Rampage and three points behind the conference-leading Utica Comets, with one game in hand on each of the top three teams.

The Griffins will kick off the final three games of their regular season with a tilt against the Lake Erie Monsters at Quicken Loans Arena tonight, before returning to Van Andel Arena on Friday and Saturday for matchups against the Charlotte Checkers. All three games will begin at 7 p.m.
