
Greensboro Swarm, PTI Airport to Continue Partnership for the 2019-20 Season

(GREENSBORO, N.C.) - The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced that its partnership with Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI) will continue for a third season. The relationship will focus on entertaining in-game promotions, Box Office signage and tickets to the Swarm home games at the Fieldhouse at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
"We are excited to enter into another season with our partners at the PTI, as they continue to develop creative ways to engage our fans during our home games at the Fieldhouse," Swarm President Steve Swetoha said. "Their unique trip for two to visit an NBA city to watch the Charlotte Hornets continues to be one of the most exciting contests we offer each season."
Returning through the partnership in 2019-20 is a PTI themed on-court promotions during 12 home games. The winners from each contest will be entered in an online drawing with a chance to win round-trip airfare, hotel and ticket accommodations for a 2020-21 Charlotte Hornets road game. The winner of the trip will be selected at the conclusion of the season and notified via email.
The previous winners have selected games in Orlando, Florida, and Detroit to cheer on the Hornets.
PTI will also continue to have signage inside the Fieldhouse, highlighting Spirit Airlines on the box office.
