Greenon-Urbana Game At Fifth Third Field Rescheduled Again

DAYTON, OH - The high school game between the Greenon Knights and Urbana Hillclimbers at Fifth Third Field has been re-scheduled for Saturday, May 16th at 3:00 PM. This is the second time the game has been re-scheduled because of rain. The contest was postponed from its original date of April 13th, while the make-up game on May 1st was rained out as well.

After hosting 23 high school games over a three-week period, this will be the final high school game played at Fifth Third Field in 2009.

The Knights will play their third contest in as many seasons at Fifth Third Field, and look to avenge a 7-3 loss to the Hillclimbers when the two teams matched up here in 2008. This marks the fourth time Urbana has played a regular season game at Fifth Third Field.

The game is free to attend and the media are invited to cover it. Gates will open on Saturday at 2:00 PM. The high schools may provide their own PA announcers, cheer squads, and national anthem singers. Some even bring their own radio broadcasters to the ballpark. Participating high schools sell Dragons tickets to help raise money for their programs.
