December 10, 2015 - ECHL (ECHL)
Evansville IceMen News Release
EVANSVILLE, IN - The Evansville IceMen, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Ottawa Senators and AHL's Binghamton Senators, and Head Coach Al Sims announced Thursday that goaltender Scott Greenham is returning to Evansville on loan from Binghamton. The IceMen have also placed goalie Cody Reichard and defenseman Benjamin Dieude-Fauvel on 21-Day Injured Reserve.
Greenham, 28, returns to the IceMen where he posted a 1-2-0 record with a 2.03 goals-against average and .939 save percentage in three starts in October. The Ottawa, ON native was injured in Evansville's 3-2 October 31 win at Greenville and went on Injured Reserve, but was called up be Binghamton November 16. Greenham appeared in two games for the BSens during his AHL stint, and stopped 20 of 25 shots in 61 minutes of action.
Reichard, 28, suffered a concussion last Friday in Evansville's 7-5 loss to Fort Wayne after a collision at the net in the third period. The IceMen signed the Celina, OH native November 21, and he posted a 2-2-0 record with a 3.73 goals-against average and .900 save percentage in five appearances. Evansville placed Reichard on 21-Day Injured Reserve, effective December 5, meaning he will be eligible to return December 26.
Dieude-Fauvel, 29, heads back to the Injured Reserve, where he spent the majority of November. The veteran defenseman suffered a lower body injury October 31 against Greenville and went on I.R. then. He was activated to play November 27 and picked up an assist in Evansville's 4-2 win at Alaska, but suffered a setback and has not played since. The Bordeaux, France native will be eligible to return December 20.
