Greensboro Grasshoppers News Release
Greensboro, NC - The Greensboro Grasshoppers are proud to announce the introduction of their new promotion entitled "Money Off Mondays".
The Grasshoppers are slashing prices for Money Off Mondays, featuring $5 lawn tickets in addition to dollar hot dogs and beverages.
"We believe Money Off Mondays is a great promotion that allows fans to come out and enjoy the game," said President and GM Donald Moore. "It is a great way to further reduce the price of affordable, wholesome family entertainment."
The special promotion will allow fans to enjoy the game, a hot dog, and drink for just $7. That is under $30 for a fun-filled night at the ballpark for a family of four. Bring the whole family out for quality entertainment at a reasonable price.
Don't pay premium prices elsewhere when the Hoppers offer bargain entertainment all summer long. The Grasshoppers launch this bargain entertainment promotion Monday June 1st as part of a six-game home stand. Join the exciting Grasshoppers' atmosphere by saving some money and supporting the Hoppers.
The Grasshoppers finished the 2008 season with an attendance of 440,787 and have welcomed over 1,715,000 fans to NewBridge Bank Park, drawing over 400,000 fans in each of its first four years at the new downtown ballpark. The team is the proud recipient of both the South Atlantic League's Club Merit Award and the General Manager of the Year Award for the past four years.
Tickets and group packages are now on sale for the 2009 season. For more information, please contact the Grasshoppers office at 336.268.BALL or visit www.gsohoppers.com.
