
Glass reassigned to Charlotte

BINGHAMTON - The Binghamton Senators' roster was trimmed to 22 players on Friday as goaltender Jeff Glass was reassigned to Charlotte of the ECHL.
Glass, 19, saw action in two preseason games finishing with a 0-2-0 record, a 9.02 goals-against-average and a .818 save percentage.
The Senators begin the regular season tomorrow night at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia where they will take on the defending Calder Cup champion Phantoms at 7:05 p.m. All of the action can be heard on 680 WINR-AM beginning 30 minutes prior to face off with Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens.
Binghamton's home opener is next Saturday, Oct. 15, when the Bridgeport Sound Tigers visit the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.
