ESTERO, Fla. - The Gladiators (5-7-0-0) look to end a four-game slide tonight as they take on the Florida Everblades (10-2-0-1) in the conclusion of their three-game set, at Germain Arena in Estero, Florida. In last night's contest, the Gladiators had strong first and second periods against the Everblades, but they were not able to hold on to their 4-3 lead as they gave up three goals in the final 20 minutes. Marshall Everson picked up two power play goals in the effort, and Garry Nunn extended his team-high point streak to six consecutive games.

The team will head back to Georgia at the conclusion of this game, and will take on the South Carolina Stingrays for two home matches during the week of Thanksgiving.

Glads Notes:

Nunn Better: Forward Garry Nunn has been an assist machine for the Gladiators; he's tallied assists in six straight games (second-most in the ECHL), and his 12 assists on the year puts him into a tie with Anthony Luciani of Toledo for the overall league lead.

KAH-POW: The Gladiators acquired former Las Vegas Wranglers captain Geoff Paukovich on Werdnesday. The 6'4", 215-pound forward has played in 401 total regular season games in the ECHL and AHL.

In the Box: The Gladiators are the fifth most penalized team in the league, averaging 20.33 PIM per game. They are also short-handed an average of five times per game, second to only the Missouri Mavericks (5.91) in the league.

First Up: This season, the Gladiators are 3-1 when scoring first, 3-1 when leading after the first period, and 4-2 when leading after two. This continues a trend from last season, when the team was markedly better when scoring first (22-13-2-0), and leading after the first (16-6-0-0) and second (21-0-0-0) periods.

Batten Down the Hatches: When the Gladiators score three or more goals, they are 5-2, when they allow two goals or less, they are 4-0, and when they have a perfect penalty kill, they are 3-0.

Gladiators Ahoy: Two players currently on the Gladiators roster have been assigned from their AHL affiliate, the Portland Pirates- Nathan Burns and Dyson Stevenson - and six more - Joel Hanley (POR), Dan O'Donoghue (POR), Jordon Southorn (POR), Greg Carey (POR), Bretton Stamler (HFD), and Casey Pierro-Zabotel (NOR) - have been reassigned to the AHL.

Milestones: Joe Stejskal is four games away from his 200th professional game ... Garry Nunn is five goals away from his 50th professional tally, and three assists away from his 100th as a pro ... Casey Pierro-Zabotel played in his 300th ECHL game on Sunday before getting the call up to AHL Norfolk ... New Gladiator Geoff Paukovich is eight games away from his 300th ECHL game ...

Streaks: Garry Nunn has scored a point in six straight games (eight assists in five games), a team high ... defenseman Tristin Llewellyn has picked up two penalties per game in his last five games played
