
Gladiators Add Seven from the AHL

DULUTH, Ga. - The Atlanta Gladiators announced today that forwards Brock Higgs, Kenny Brooks, Thomas Frazee, Colin Jacobs and defenseman Josh Atkinson have been released from AHL training camps and have been added to the Gladiators' preseason roster. In addition, the Providence Bruins have assigned forward A.J. White and goaltender Matt Ginn to Atlanta.
Brock Higgs, Kenny Brooks and Josh Atkinson have been released from their try-outs with the Glads' AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins, while Thomas Frazee and Colin Jacobs also return after participating in the San Antonio Rampage and Texas Stars' training camps, respectively. In separate transactions, the Gladiators have released forwards Stephen Buco, Artur Drindrohzik, Daniel Vernace and defenseman Brandon Lubin from their try-outs contracts, as well as defenseman Austin McKay. The series of moves brings the Gladiators preseason roster to 22 skaters and three goalies. The Atlanta Gladiators 14th season kicks off at the Infinite Energy Arena on Friday, October 14th against the Toledo Walleye at 7:35 PM.
