
Giants Announce Postponement of January 22nd Home Game against Kelowna
January 19, 2022 - Western Hockey League (WHL) - Vancouver Giants News Release
Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants in conjunction with the Western Hockey League announced today that the Vancouver Giants/Kelowna Rockets game scheduled for Saturday, January 22nd at the Langley Events Centre has been postponed due to multiple Kelowna Rockets players and staff being added to the WHL COVID-19 Protocol List and exhibiting symptoms or having tested positive for COVID-19. The game will be rescheduled to a later date (still to be determined) and all purchased tickets for Saturday, January 22nd will remain valid.
At this time, the Vancouver Giants next home game scheduled for Friday, January 28th, also against Kelowna, remains unaffected. The Giants next two road games scheduled for Friday, January 21st in Victoria and Wednesday, January 26th at Kamloops are also unaffected.
