Rome, GA - The Rome Braves announce that first baseman Gerry Rodriguez has been activated from the disabled list. He was placed on the DL June 19th with a lower back strain. He is hitting .268 with ten home runs and 36 RBI.
Outfielder David Berres has been assigned to the Danville Braves and was hitting .200 for Rome in limited play.
