
Gehle Moved to Disabled List

WINNIPEG - The Winnipeg Goldeyes have placed left-handed pitcher Pete Gehle on the disabled list.
Gehle, 25, is 1-1 on the season with a 3.97 ERA in two starts. He is eligible to be placed back on the active roster on June 2.
The Goldeyes now have 22 players on their active roster, including 11 pitchers and 11 position players. American Association teams have to reduce their rosters to 22 players or less by 12 p.m. today.
The Goldeyes finish a four-game series and 10-game road trip against the Lincoln Saltdogs this afternoon. Winnipeg will host the Laredo Lemurs in their home opener tomorrow night at Shaw Park.
