CHESTER, Pa. - Philadelphia Union played New England Revolution on Saturday night at Subaru Park, winning 3-0. The first half ended scoreless with both sides creating chances. In the 56th minute, midfielder Daniel Gazdag opened the scoring with a right footed shot to the upper left corner to put the Union up 1-0. In the 74th minute, Gazdag secured a brace after converting a penalty kick, setting a two goal lead over New England. Forward Julian Carranza scored the Union's third and final goal of the match in the 88th minute to secure all three points at home. With the result, the Union extended their unbeaten streak to six games
The Union are on the road at Citi Field Stadium on Saturday, May 27th (7:30 p.m. ET / Apple TV), where they face New York City FC.
