
Gas Prices Sky Rocket...Sharks 2008-09 Full Season Ticket Prices Remain The Same

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced that the Worcester Sharks will not increase the price on any of the 2008-09 season ticket packages. In addition, full season ticket holders are guaranteed the same seat for the 2009 AHL All-Star Classic at the DCU Center in the winter of 2009.
Entering their third season in Worcester, the Sharks look forward to another exciting season highlighted by hosting the 2009 AHL All-Star Classic at the DCU Center. Sharks fans may secure their 2008-09 season tickets by placing a $25 deposit per seat by April 13th. Some of the exclusive benefits for full season ticket holders will include:
Guaranteed same seat for the 2009 AHL All-Star Classic at the DCU Center
Priority access to purchase additional tickets to the 2009 AHL All-Star Classic
Discounted ticket prices
Priority access to purchase tickets to DCU Center events (subject to availability)
"The Sharks are pleased to announce that we are not going to raise season ticket prices for next season, said Lehr. "We are excited to guarantee season ticket holders their same seat for the 2009 AHL All-Star Classic. Sharks season ticket holders are the foundation for everything we do and we worked hard to get the All-Star Classic for them and the great city of Worcester."

The Sharks play game three of a four-game home stand on Friday evening when they rematch with Bridgeport followed by a Saturday night date with Albany. Saturday is Guns N' Hoses Night as the Worcester police department will face the fire department prior to the Sharks game with the doors opening at 4:30 p.m. Fans can explore fire engines and police vehicles in the plaza. It is also FINZ's birthday party celebration! Both games are scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.
