Scouting Lincoln - The Stars (5-6-1) have lost four of their last five games heading into the final weekend of a seven-game road trip. Lincoln has scored the fewest goals in the Western Conference (24), relying heavily on the play of goalies Josef Korenar and Cayden Primeau. Korenar has the fourth-best GAA (1.55) and second-best save percentage (.951) in the USHL. Henry Bowlby leads the team offensively with five goals and two assists.

Scouting Fargo - The Force (5-6-0) split last weekend against the Tri-City Storm and has not won consecutive games since Oct.7-8 against Dubuque. Despite allowing the fourth-most goals in the USHL (37), the Force has the best penalty kill in the league (92.5%). Jack Adams leads the team with eight goals and five assists.

Featured Matchup - Stars goalie Josef Korenar will be tested against three players among the Top-20 scorers in the USHL. Jack Adams, Hank Crone and Blake Lizotte each have 12 or more points this season.

FAR: Jack Adams has three goals and one assist in his last two games.

LIN: Henry Bowlby has three goals and two assists in his last four games.

Series History - The Stars went 1-3-0 against the Force last season, losing twice in Scheels Arena. The teams will meet five times this season, playing four consecutive games from Jan. 20-28.

Kore-Piece - Stars goalie Josef Korenar has gone 2-2-1 with a 1.55 GAA, .951 save percentage and one shutout in his first USHL season. The 1998 birth year is playing his first season in North America. Korenar has represented the Czech Republic in international competition for the past three seasons.

Together Again - Henry Bowlby, Brandon Schultz and Casey Dornbach have connected for four of the Stars last nine goals. Bowlby and Dornbach played on the same line at Edina High School during the 2014-2015 season.

Country Boys - Stars defensemen Christian Krygier and Eero Terî=A4vî=A4inen are each representing their countries in international competition. Krygier is representing Team USA at the World U17 Hockey Challenge in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario from Oct. 27-Nov. 5. Terî=A4vî=A4inen is representing Team Finland at the U18 Five Nations Tournament from Nov. 1-5 in Plymouth, Michigan.

Road Trippin - The Stars opened their longest road trip in team history on Oct. 15 against Tri-City. The seven-game trip features six opponents in five states. It will conclude on Nov. 5th in Sioux Falls.

Military Appreciation Night - The Stars will host Military Appreciation Night presented by West Gate Bank on Friday, Nov. 11. A portion of ticket proceeds will go to the Lincoln Veterans Association Homeless Program. A postgame jersey auction will be held to benefit the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Veterans Association.

Princesses and Pirates Night - Elsa and Anna from Frozen are coming for a special night at the Ice Box presented by Elite Custom Technology. It's also Faith and Family Night with a pre-game panel discussing how to balance faith and youth sports in today's society. A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit the Royal Family Kids, an organization providing assistance for abused and neglected children.
