WATCH PARTIES AT KING STREET GRILLE-NORTHWOODS

King Street Grille-Northwoods has become the Watch Party Destination for Stingrays road games during the 2015-2016 season, including tonight's game. Fans 21 and up may enjoy a special offer of $3 Drafts, including Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Shocktop and Landshark during all Stingrays Watch Parties at King Street Grille.

THE MATCHUP

Two of the top teams in the ECHL meet for three games this week. Coming into three games on the road at Florida, South Carolina is only four points behind the Everblades for the top spot in the South Division. The Stingrays have earned three victories versus the Everblades in five games this season, including earning a big 8-1 win over Florida on February 6 at the North Charleston Coliseum. On the road, the Stingrays are 15-10-1-0 while the Everblades are 17-7-0-0 at home. In terms special teams, the Stingrays are the top penalty killing team on home ice at 88.9%, but are thirteenth in this category on the road at 84%. The Everblades are currently fifth on the penalty kill on home ice at 87.8%. The Stingrays and Florida play again at Germain Arena on Saturday and Sunday.

ROOKIE NO MORE

South Carolina Stingrays defenseman Wade Epp is set to play in his 100th game against the Florida Everblades. Epp, a native of Chilliwack, BC, has tallied three goals and 29 assists in his 99-game professional hockey career, all with the Stingrays. This season, he has three goals and nine assists for 12 points in 38 games.

RAYS ARE ROLLING

The South Carolina Stingrays are a force to be reckoned with, especially in the last 10 games the team has played. In those contests, the Stingrays are 8-1-1-0 and have tallied 38 goals total. The only two losses South Carolina suffered were against Tulsa on February 10 (2-1 loss) and Greenville on February 16 (4-2 loss). The Stingrays played a four-game series last week against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits, winning three games.

LIGHT EM UP, VIGIER

South Carolina Stingrays forward Stephan Vigier is lighting up the score-sheet. The forward has points in five-straight games, and has scored power play goals in three-straight contests. On the season, Vigier is third on the team with 37 points (16 goals, 21 assists) in 51 games. He was obtained in a deal with Toledo in October.

PINK IN THE RINK

While the Stingrays are on the road, the club's next home game is the 10th Annual Pink in the Rink presented by Trident Heath on Saturday, March 5 at 7:05 p.m. The evening benefits Share our Suzy, a Charleston-based non-profit organization which allows patients to focus on recovery and not financial stress. The Stingrays will also wear pink jerseys, skate on pink ice and host a postgame jersey auction with proceeds going towards Share our Suzy. 2016 Pink Packs are on sale, including a ticket to the game (best available seating), admission to Hockey 101 and exclusive 2016 Pink in the Rink t-shirt, puck and mini-stick for only $45! $10 of every Pink Pack will be donated to Share our Suzy.
