
Americans Welcome 7th Annual Allen Police Versus Allen Fire Hockey Game this Weekend

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans return to Allen Event Center this weekend for the 7th annual Police versus Fire Charity Hockey Game on Saturday night at 5:05 pm at Allen Event Center followed by the Allen Americans and Wichita Thunder immediately following.
It's been a heated rivalry that gets more intense every year. The two clubs have improved immensely since that first season, with the popularity of the charity night at an all-time high. The puck will drop at 5:05 pm with doors opening at 4:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. All tickets to the event are general admission so fans are welcome to sit anywhere in the AEC bowl area. Tickets are on sale at Allen Event Center Box Office or online at www.allenamericans.com.
The second game of the doubleheader features old rivals the Wichita Thunder making the first of two visits on the weekend with a Sunday 4:05 matinee as well. The Americans are currently in second place in the ECHL Central while Wichita is in last place overall.
