Streak: W1

Another crucial Central Division Showcase Cup contest looms tonight for the Sioux Falls Skyforce, as they travel to face the Cleveland Charge, who sit a half-game ahead and just a game back of first place in the division.

Sioux Falls comes into the contest fresh off an impressive 145-127 victory on Tuesday night over the Motor City Cruise, who are tied for first place in the Central Division. Four players notched career highs in the contest.

Alondes Williams posted a career-high 42 points on 14-24 FGA (5-8 3PA), eight rebounds and four assists. It marked a tie for the sixth highest scoring game in 35 years of Skyforce basketball.

Drew Peterson added 28 points on 12-16 FGA and five rebounds to lead Sioux Falls (5-4). Caleb Daniels chipped in 21 points, eight rebounds and four assists, while Bryson Warren netted 19 points on 5-7 3PA.

The Skyforce looks to sweep the Charge in the Showcase Cup for the first time, as they defeated them at the Sanford Pentagon 129-116 on 11/14 behind 38 points and 10 rebounds from HEAT two-way player Jamal Cain.

The Charge returns Cavaliers two-way player Emoni Bates, who did not play in the first matchup, and in four games is averaging 24.8 points per game and fresh off a 24-point performance in the team's 115-90 victory on Wednesday against Grand Rapids.

Despite having a bottom-five scoring team in the league, Cleveland's defense only gives up 102.1 points per game, which is fourth in the NBA G League. The Skyforce's 129 points scored on the Charge in their last meeting was the most they've given up to date.

Sioux Falls returns home this weekend for the home stretch of the Showcase Cup, with home games against Indiana (12/5) and Grand Rapids (12/6) before hitting the road to face Motor City (12/12) and Windy City (12/15).

- The Sioux Falls Skyforce shot 63 percent from deep on Tuesday (17-27 3PA). It marked the highest shooting percentage from beyond the arc since Dec. 20, 2014 at Texas (74.2 percent), where Andre Dawkins broke the franchise record for 3PM in a game (12-15 3PA).

- Four of seven active players secured two-or-more trey ball makes, as Drew Peterson and Bryson Warren each led the team with five three-point makes.
