The Road Warriors are coming off a four-game road trip heading into tonight's game. The Road Warriors faced Gwinnett, South Carolina, and Orlando and went 1-4-0, picking up a win against Gwinnett. Greenville is on a two-game home winning streak after defeating South Carolina by a score of 2-1 in a shootout and Gwinnett by a score of 2-1 in regulation on November 20th and November 22nd. Rookie forward Brandon Hynes leads the team in points with 16. Goaltender Connor Knapp is ranked first in the ECHL with a save percentage of .942.
The Kalamazoo Wings are coming off a 3-2 shootout loss against the South Carolina Stingrays. Kalamazoo players Yanni Gourde and Eric Kattelus are ranked 10th and 12th in the league in points. Gourde has registered 19 points and Karrelus tallied 18 points so far this season. Wings' goalie Jordan Binnington is ranked 20th in the ECHL in save percentage with .905.
This is the first time the Road Warriors will play against Kalamazoo this season. The teams played each other one time last season. The Road Warriors defeated the Wings 9-2.

Teddy Bear Toss
Get in the holiday spirit and join the Greenville Road Warriors for the 4th annual Teddy Bear Toss Game on December 13th at 7:00 p.m. presented by WSSL. Bring a stuffed animal to the game to throw on the ice after the Road Warriors score their first goal. The Road Warriors are looking to beat last season's donation of over 2000 stuffed animals and encourage fans of all ages to come out to the game for tons of fun and to help a great cause! All stuffed animals collected will be donated to Toys For Tots. Greenville Road Warriors players will deliver the toys to Sitton Buick on Laurens Road on Saturday, December 14th and join members of the U.S. Marines in donating them to children in need.
