FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (2-6-1, 7 pts.) will hit the road for a three-game away stretch beginning with Sporting Kansas City (2-2-3, 9 pts.) on Saturday, April 27 at Children's Mercy Park. The match kicks off at 8:30 p.m. ET and will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston, with Brad Feldman, Paul Mariner, and Naoko Funayama calling the action. Authenticated subscribers may also stream the match on NBCSportsBoston.com and on the NBC Sports app. The contest airs locally on the radio with 98.5 The Sports Hub HD2 broadcasting the action in English and 1260 AM Nossa Radio providing Portuguese commentary.

The Revs will look to start off their three-game road slate with a second consecutive victory over Sporting Kansas City, after earning a 1-0 win at Gillette Stadium last season on April 28, 2018. Teal Bunbury scored the game's lone goal on an unassisted strike in the 44th minute to secure three points at home. Dating back to 2014, the Revs have won five of the sides' last seven meetings, and will be seeking a win at Children's Mercy Park for the first time since Sept. 26, 2014.

The Revolution first team will be joined on the trip by the Revolution Academy Under-19, Under-17, and Under-15 sides. All three teams will fly with the first team on Friday, before playing friendly matches against the Sporting Kansas City Academy at Swope Soccer Village on Saturday.

Following Saturday's contest, the Revolution will play the season's first of two matchups against the Philadelphia Union on Saturday, May 4 at Talen Energy Stadium. That match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and 1260 AM Nossa Radio.
