Game Postponed in West Virginia

Delmarva Shorebirds News Release
Salisbury, MD - The series opener between the Delmarva Shorebirds and the West Virginia Power has been postponed due to rain at Applachian Power Park. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, starting at 5:05 pm.
Friday's game will remain at the regularly scheduled 7:05 pm start time. The Shorebirds and Power will play a doubleheader on Saturday, with two seven-inning contests to begin at 5:05 pm.
The Shorebirds will be trying to snap a six-game losing skid, as they finish up the first half in West Virginia. Left-hander Luis Gonzalez (1-0, 1.69) is scheduled for start for Delmarva against the Power southpaw Cody Dickson (2-7, 5.60) on Friday evening.
