Seattle Sounders FC News Release
Sounders FC returns from its scheduled FIFA World Cup break on Saturday evening for its lone matchup of the season against the Chicago Fire on the Xbox Pitch at CenturyLink FIeld (7:00 p.m. PT / JOEtv, YouTube TV, Univision-Seattle, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM). Sounders FC is unbeaten in five home meetings (4-0-1) in MLS regular-season action against Chicago, who currently sits in seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 19 points (5-7-4).
Saturday's match is being carried locally on JOEtv and regionally on YouTube TV, featuring Keith Costigan, Kasey Keller and Steve Zakuani on the call, as well as Michelle Ludtka, Marcus Hahnemann and James Riley handling pre-match, halftime and post-match coverage. A Spanish-language TV broadcast is available via Univision-Seattle, with commentators Jaime Mendez and Jhon Kennedy Hurtado.
Sports Radio 950 KJR AM is airing Saturday's fixture on the radio, with Andrew Harvey on play-by-play and Wade Webber on color commentary, in addition to Jackson Felts, Pete Fewing and Danny Jackson providing pre-match, halftime and post-match coverage. Fans in Western Washington can listen to El Rey 1360 AM for a Spanish radio broadcast, featuring "Zuper" Mario Rodriguez, Felipe Maqueda and Carlos Tapia.
