The Lowdown
The Regina Pats will face the Prince Albert Raiders in the 2nd of three straight games against their Eastern Divisional foes. Sunday night saw the Raiders score 3 times in the third period to push them past the blue and white 6-3. Thomas Frazee, Jordan Weal and Myles Bell all scored in the loss to the Raiders. These two will play again 24 hours from now at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert in the final game before the Christmas break.

The Prince Albert Raiders are currently 6 points ahead of the Regina Pats for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. The will have 2 players, Shane Danyluk and Mike Winther that will be off to the World U-17 Hockey Challenge over the holiday season in Winnipeg.

G - Eric Williams - The 17 year old rookie goaltender has taken the starting reigns of the Prince Albert Raiders and has a save percentage of .911
LW - Tanner Olstad - The 18 year old forward has made an impact with the Pats with a pair of assists in his first 3 games with the Pats.
C - Jordan Weal - Has 10 points over his last 8 games and is now 13th overall scoring in the WHL
D - Brandon Davidson - The 6th round pick of the Oilers in the 2010 NHL entry draft has 19 points in his last 19 games
New Players in Lineup tonight:
The Regina Pats made a pair of trades last week and three of the players that were acquired will be making their home debut tonight. Tanner Olstad will be wearing #13, Nils Moser will wear #25 and Shayne Neigum will wear jersey #27.
Pats at the Mac's:
The 33rd annual Mac's Midget Tournament begins on December 26th in Calgary. Former Pats like Jeff Shantz, Gary Leeman, Brad Lauer, Lyndon Byers, Selmar Odelein, Taylor Hall, Doug Trapp, Brent Fedyk, Dale Derkatch and many more have played for their respective midget teams at this prestigious tournament. This year 12 players on the Pats current 50 player list will take part in the tournament.
Next Action:
The Pats will finish the unofficial first half of the season tomorrow night as they head up to Prince Albert and take on the Raiders for the third straight time. Puck drops at 7pm with the Press Box Sports Bar pre-game show kicking off at 6:35.
