The Wheat Kings host the Regina Pats on Student Night. Students from Elementary to University only pay $15 admission using promo code STUDENT.

Catch the action beginning at 7:00pm from Westoba Place. Doors open at 5:00pm. Fans are welcome to come early to watch Team Canada battle Team USA in the World Junior Semi Finals.

Last Game: The Wheat Kings are coming off a 6-2 loss at the hands of the Moose Jaw Warriors last Saturday. This was just 24 hours after the Wheat Kings defeated the Warriors 11-2 in Moose Jaw the night before. Warriors forward Jagger Firkus had his redemption scoring 2 goals and adding a pair of assists earning first star honours. Both Brett Hylands 9 goal scoring streak and Calder Anderson's 6-point streak were snapped in the loss.

Jan 4th VS Regina Pats: Tonight the Wheat Kings have a rematch with the Regina Pats. The Pats are coming off a split with the Prince Albert Raiders last weekend. The last time the Wheat Kings and Pats went head-to-head was last Wednesday when Carson Bjarnason shutout the Pats stopping all 19 shots he faced. The Wheat Kings got production from forward Brett Hyland who picked up a goal and an assist in the 4-0 road victory. Couple noteworthy stats from that game was on the faceoff dot where the Wheat Kings won 37 of 52 faceoffs last Wednesday. They also got production from 3 different lines with Tony Wilson scoring his first as a Wheat King.

Who's Hot: Brett Hyland currently has 11 goals scored in his last 10 games. Forward Nate Danielson has been stellar as of late scoring 28 points in his last 18 games. Nolan Ritchie has 19 points in his last 14 games. Calder Anderson has 13 points in his last 8 games.
