Chad Allen capped a three-hit night with a 12th-inning home run off Memphis reliever Tim Young to break a tie and give the RedHawks a 5-4 win in Memphis Thursday.

Oklahoma is eight games ahead of Memphis in the division with 18 remaining.

The RedHawks never trailed in the game, but saw the score tied 4-4 in the ninth on a leadoff homer by veteran major leaguer Ray Lankford. Bart Miadich, who allowed the home run, then retired the side to force extra innings.

Reliever Keith Stamler escaped a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the 10th with a fielder's choice grounder by So Taguchi and a strikeout of Lankford.

Stamler (6-3) picked up the win with Brad Clontz working a perfect 12th inning for his team high 14th save. Starter Kameron Loe tossed a strong seven innings, allowing two earned runs on four hits, in a no decision.

Allen, who also drove in Oklahoma's first run, went 3-for-6 with a single, double and home run.

The victory boosted Oklahoma's record to 72-54 and evened the five-game series at two wins each. The magic number for Oklahoma to clinch the PCL East title is 11 games.

The fifth and final game of the series is Friday at 7:05 p.m. at AutoZone Park. Oklahoma will start Chan Ho Park in his fourth rehab outing with the RedHawks this season.
