LAST GAME: 4-2 W @ Edmonton Oil Kings: It would take a while but the Medicine Hat Tigers picked up their 2nd straight win and third straight road win against the Edmonton Oil Kings Tuesday Night at Rogers Place. Despite trailing 1-0 early in the first period Oasiz Wiesblatt would notch the equalizer at 9:11 of the opening period before Kolby Hay of the Oil Kings put on a show in the 2nd period stopped a period high 25 shots from the Tigers to keep things deadlocked at 1-1 heading to the 3rd. But Rhett Parsons, Tyler MacKenzie and Bogdans Hodass would all find the back of the net to help secure the Tigers 4-2 victory over Edmonton.

VS RED DEER: It's the 3rd of 6 meetings this season between the Tigers. The most recent encounter happened November 25 at the Centrium where a back and forth affair saw Tyler MacKenzie & Brenden Lee score in regulation to force overtime and it would take a shootout to finish things off as Andrew Basha, Brenden Lee and Oasiz Wiesblatt would score to give the Tigers their 1st win of the season series against Red Deer 3-2. Latvian Leap: Second year defenceman Bogdans Hodass will represent Team Lativa at the upcoming World Junior Hockey Championships in Halifax, Nova Scotia for the second straight year. In 24 GP this season, Hodass has 4 goals and 11 assists for 15 points. At this summer's World Juniors in Edmonton, Hodass had 1 goal and 1 assist in 5 games making it to the Quarter Finals.

Tigers Teddies: The Medicine Hat Tigers held their Annual Teddy Bear Toss Saturday night at Co-op Place. Oasiz Wiesblatt would score the Teddy Goal in a 2-1 L against Saskatoon
