Allen Americans News Release

Head-To-Head - This is the sixth meeting of the season and the fifth game at Intrust Bank Arena. The two teams will play a total of 13 times this season. Allen leads the season series 5-0-0.

Today - If the playoffs were to start today, the Allen Americans would be the 4th seed in the Western Conference, and open the playoffs hosting the 5th seeded Quad City Mallards.

Red Hot - Chad Costello and David Makowski both have five game point streaks coming into tonight's game against the Wichita Thunder. Chad Costello leads the ECHL with 56 points.

Special Teams - The Allen Americans scored both on the power play and shorthanded in last night's 4-3 overtime win over the Wichita Thunder. Chris Crane's shorthanded goal was the first shorthanded goal of his career.

200 Club - Americans forward Jonathan Parker will become a member of the 200 club tonight as he will play in his 200th professional game. Parker began his pro career with the Rochester Americans of the AHL in the 2011-2012 season.
