
Gamache's three goals does trick for Admirals

MILWAUKEE, WI - Simon Gamache scored three goals and Ryan Suter had a goal and an assist to lead the Milwaukee Admirals to a 4-2 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in Game One of the best-of-seven West Division semifinals Wednesday at the Bradley Center.
Darren Haydar recorded three assists for the Admirals, who scored on three of their goals on the power play.
Brian Finley, a first-round pick by Nashville in 1999, stopped 27 shots for Milwaukee, which has won its last eight postseason games.
Joffrey Lupul and Chris Kunitz scored for Cincinnati, which out-shot the Admirals 29-19, including 21-9 over the final two periods.
Frederic Cassivi, who went 5-2-0 with a 1.76 goals-against average in seven regular season games against Milwaukee, had 15 saves in the loss.
The Ducks and Admirals play Game Two of the series Friday at 7:35 p.m. at Cincinnati Gardens.
