GLENS FALLS, NY -- Danbury's Ryan Barnes scored the tying goal with 16 seconds left in regulation, and the Trashers out-scored the Frostbite 2-1 in the shootout to pick up a 4-3 win on Tuesday at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

The game was tied at two through two periods, and the Frostbite took their first lead of the night with just over five minutes remaining. Mike Berry fed a perfect pass to Sylvain Cloutier on the far post, who was able to easily tap the puck past Sylvain Daigle for his 16th of the season.

But, with just 16 seconds left, Barnes took a centering feed from Drew Omicioli and one-timed a shot past Derek Gustafson to send the game to the shootout.

Shawn Collymore and Jamie Thompson scored in the extra session for the Trashers, while only Mike Berry managed to score for the Frostbite.

With the shootout loss, the Frostbite fall nine points behind the first-place Trashers.

Adirondack is back in action on Saturday, heading to Elmira for a 7:05 p.m. match-up with the Jackals. All of the action starts on WCKM with the pre-game show at 6:45.
